DELIVERY POLICY
I. All exchange or refund requests should be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Items should be in perfect condition, with the price tag attached, unwashed and unworn, otherwise we won't be able to refund or exchange it.
3. A's POM is not responsible for delivery fees in case of exchange or refund.
4. In case of torn/damaged items, shipping fees will be waived ( also requests should be made within 14 days )
5. After the 14 days period, we won't be able to refund or exchange unfortunately under any circumstance
6. Swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons
7. Customers can exchange each item only once - once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again nor refunded.
8. All Refunds & Exchanges are for a fixed 150 LE ( handling fees )
SALE POLICY
Please note that we cannot REFUND ITEMS ON SALE, you can only EXCHANGE due to limited stock. No swimsuits or swim caps will be exchanged once the courier leaves for hygiene reasons & for the safety of our babies.
- All exchange requests ( for all clothes other than swimsuits & swim caps) should be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items should be in perfect condition, with the price tag attached, unwashed and unworn, otherwise we won't be able to exchange it.
- Items can only be exchanged once with a fixed fee of 150 LE incase of exchange or refund ( Handling Fees )
- After the 7 days period, we won't be able to exchange unfortunately under any circumstance

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Rashguards & Swim caps due to hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
For Rashguards & Swim Caps:
I. Check the package once you receive it & decide whether or not you want to keep it while the courier is still there.
2. Incase you want to refund or exchange, kindly return it with the courier & pay for the delivery fees.
3. You can then contact us incase of exchange with your preferred size & pay the delivery fees once the new order arrives.
4. No swimsuits or swim caps will be refunded or exchanged once the courier leaves for hygiene reasons & for the safety of our babies.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refund on gift cards.
